Constituency Organizing Manager
The Constituency Organizing Manager for the Yes on 4 is responsible for implementing statewide grassroots organizing programs focused on Black and Latino voters. designed to support the campaign’s goal of passing a constitutional amendment protecting the right to abortion in the state of Florida. The Constituency Organizing Manager will work with the campaign’s Organizing Director to oversee and coordinate a team of paid community fellows, volunteers, and supporters to mobilize communities, raise awareness, and foster public support for the campaign in Florida’s Black and Latino Communities. .
Deputy Communications Director
The Deputy Communications Director for Yes on 4 is responsible for supporting and implementing communications plans designed to support the campaign’s goal of passing a constitutional amendment protecting the right to abortion in the state of
Florida. The Deputy Communications Director will work with the Communications Director to oversee earned and paid communication efforts.
Distributed Canvassing Organizer
The Distributed Canvassing Organizer for Yes on 4 is responsible for implementing statewide grassroots organizing programs focused on door to door canvassing to support the campaign’s goal of passing a constitutional amendment protecting the right to abortion in the state of Florida. The Canvassing Organizer will work with the campaign’s Organizing Director to oversee and coordinate statewide canvassing programs to mobilize communities, raise awareness, and foster public support for the campaign.
Distributed Phones Organizer
The Distributed Phones Organizer for Yes on 4 is responsible for implementing statewide grassroots organizing programs focused on phonebanking to support the campaign’s goal of passing a constitutional amendment protecting the right to abortion in the state of Florida. The Distributed Phones Organizer will work with the campaign’s Organizing Director to oversee and coordinate statewide phones program to mobilize communities, raise awareness, and foster public support for the campaign.
Distributed Text Organizer
The Distributed Text Organizer for Yes on 4 is responsible for implementing statewide grassroots organizing programs focused on textbanking to support the campaign’s goal of passing a constitutional amendment protecting the right to abortion in the state of Florida. The Distributed Text Organizer will work with the campaign’s Organizing Director to oversee and coordinate statewide textbanking program to mobilize communities, raise awareness, and foster public support for the campaign.
Finance Assistant
The Finance Assistant for Yes on 4 is responsible for helping the effort to resource the multi-million dollar campaign through finance tasks, database management and administrative assistance. The Finance Assistant will report to the Finance Director and will also work closely with the full finance team.
Online Community Engagement Organizer
The Online Community Engagement Organizer for Yes on 4 is responsible for implementing statewide grassroots organizing programs focused on digital efforts to support the campaign’s goal of passing a constitutional amendment protecting the right to abortion in the state of Florida. The Online Community Engagement will work with the campaign’s Organizing Director to oversee and coordinate statewide digital strategies programs to mobilize communities, raise awareness, and foster public support for the campaign.
Regional Finance Director – Central Florida
The Regional Finance Director for Yes on 4 is responsible for running point on all of the finance programs in their particular region to fund the campaign to pass a constitutional amendment protecting the right to abortion in the state of Florida. The Regional Finance Director will work with the campaign’s Finance Director to prospect, establish relationships with and solicit donors within the region to raise the funds necessary to support the campaign.
Regional Finance Director – South Florida
The Regional Finance Director for Yes on 4 is responsible for running point on all of the finance programs in their particular region to fund the campaign to pass a constitutional amendment protecting the right to abortion in the state of Florida. The Regional Finance Director will work with the campaign’s Finance Director to prospect, establish relationships with and solicit donors within the region to raise the funds necessary to support the campaign.

Youth Organizing Manager
The Youth Organizing Manager for the Yes on 4 is responsible for implementing statewide grassroots organizing programs focused on youth voters. designed to support the campaign’s goal of passing a constitutional amendment protecting the right to abortion in the state of Florida. The Youth Organizing Manager will work with the campaign’s Organizing Director to oversee and coordinate a team of campus fellows, youth volunteers, and youth supporters to mobilize communities, raise awareness, and foster public support for the campaign.
