The Financial Impact Estimating Conference finally concluded their drafting of a deceptive and politically-motivated financial impact statement that, if they have their way, will appear under Amendment 4 on the ballot. If this Financial Impact Statement is allowed to stand, it would ensure the voters do not have accurate information to make the best decisions when voting this November.
